I just noticed that there is some movement on a Merton Street condo development. A developer has conditionally purchased 276 Merton St and 290 Merton St – both of which are Bosley Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage (s) The working name is 276 Merton Street Condos.
Rockport Group is the developer and they are looking to build 100 units. The proposal is for 16 storeys.
Merton Street has seen a great deal of development over the last 15 years. No longer the overlooked street in Davisville!
290 Merton and 276 Merton have been my office space for the better part of 12 years. I’m looking forward to seeing what the developers are able to navigate through the city and ultimately the impact on the Merton itself and the Davisville neighbourhood.
290 Merton St was once a jewellery building in the heart of Midtown Toronto. There is an old walk-in safe where the jeweller kept his valuables. It now services as a walk-in office supplies space! Huge different in content value! However, it makes for a really interesting feature on the main floor of the office!
