Islington City-Centre West is actually a large area more so than a specific neighbourhood. it borders on Toronto West, Etobicoke, and Mimico. The most notable attractions to Islington City-Centre West are two malls, Cloverdale Mall which has seen some incredible improvements in recent years with the attraction of larger brand stores. The second mall, and arguably one of Toronto’s finest malls, Sherway Gardens which offers some of the most luxurious brands and shops.

What makes this area so alluring for homeowners is that the post-war housing stock is built on larger plots of land than you would find in Toronto’s central core.
