There were eight transactions in August. The Annex has been very slow over the last couple of months in terms of sales. However, there is an accumulation of new listings that are sitting on the market. We are seeing some excellent buying opportunities for those in the market for Annex century houses. Annex Homes Values
There were only two house sales in the Annex. The houses on the market have been sitting for a few weeks, in fact, some for several months. Thus, we believe that it is an excellent time for buyers in the Annex.
