There were 18 transactions. The Annex appears to be hovering with a relatively balanced amount of sales, despite being lower than we would normally see annually. Annex Homes Values
There were 5 sales. The average home sold for $2,288,900, down from $2,387,000 in May 2022. Note: Sellers are struggling to price their homes at what the market (buyer) is willing to accept in this real estate environment.) The average list-to-sale price was 100%. There was a 50/50 chance of multiple offers on Annex house listings. The average home was on the market for 25 days – proof that the real estate market is recovering quickly.

Annex Condo Values
There were 13 condo sales—the average Annex condo – the Annex condo market is moving again. Perhaps it has to do with all the attention in the media, as many new condo pre-construction work is being done along Dupont and Bloor Street. The Annex is transforming!
