Annex Homes Values
There were four sales in the Annex in November 2021. The average home sold for $4,602,500, up from $2,795,000 in November 2020. The average list-to-sale price was 99%. There was a 50/50 chance of multiple offers on house Annex listings. The average home was on the market for 23 days.

Annex Condo Values
There were nine condo sales. The average Annex condo sold for $1,517,166, up from $1,126,562 in November 2020. The average list-to-sale price was 96%. There was a 50/50 chance of multiple offers on house Annex listings. The average home was on the market for 40 days (note that condos are typically on the market for longer due to status certificate reviewal).
