A gem in the form of a rare Gothic-style building that once housed a Catholic School. This boutique-sized condo in Yorkville has several rumoured stories surrounding who may or may not have purchased a condo early on…one of which is Mark Wahlberg (Marky Mark) – who supposedly was grounded in Toronto during the 9-11 attacks.
